On Saturday 28th January 2023 Lodge Carron No.139 held their Annual Burns Supper for the first time in three years, in attendance were 96 people which was an excellent turnout in supporting the Burns Supper. From start to finish it was an outstanding evening. RWM Brother George Mawhinnie was very proud to host this event with the Burns Committee and all who assisted on the night it was teamwork by all. I am sure the RWM would not mind me saying a few thanks on his behalf. He did thank everyone on the night  so thankyou to the artists who were brilliant, thanks to the caterers the food was excellent and the staff serving was top class. To the piper Brother Gavin Richardson many thanks for playing Highland Cathedral one of my favourite songs and thanks to our Lodge Carron cleaner for the Lodge clean up but the biggest thanks go to Em-Cee WSW Brother Stuart Stirling PM-WPGMD, Brother Kenneth Maclennan Secretary, and SD Brother Allan Baxter for all their hard work DM/Almoner Brother Gordon (Charlie) Macvicar  photos with kind permission.
