I would like to thank RWM Michael McPake, Lodge St John Tulliallan No.598 for allowing Lodge Carron's newest MMM Bro, Arn Fullerton and I the privilege of joining the deputation into Lodge Bruce & Thistle No.312 on Thursday 26th September, 2019 when they carried out an excellent MMM Degree. I would also like to thank RWM Thomas Irvine, PMs, Officebearers and Brethren of No.312 for the harmony which followed. I was actually lucky enough to win 2 raffles on the night. I would like to take this opportunity to thank RWM Stuart Stirling, PM's, Office bearers and Brethren of Lodge Carron No.139 also all the RWMs, PMs and all visiting Brethren who took the time to visit Lodge Carron No.139 on Wednesday 25th September, it was a great privilege to be presented the gavel from our RWM Bro.Stuart Stirling to allow me to confer the EA Degree on Lodge Carron's newest EA's Bros Craig John Ballantyne and Micheal Scobbie. I would also like to thank the Degree team that assisted me, the Office bearers for their assistance at the harmony also the Brethren who took the time to clear the hall with a  special thanks to the Brethren who placed their trust in me to deliver. On Wednesday 11th September 2019 Lodge Carron 139 held their first meeting after the recess where RWM Bro Stuart Stirling PM warmly welcomed all the Brethren in to the Lodge. The degree was a MMM Degree on three candidates which was expertly carried out to a very high standard by the RWM and his Office Bearers. After the conclusion of the degree RWM Bro Stirling thanked the office bearers who took part in the Degree for a first class rendition of the MMM Degree he informed the assembled Brethren that there had not been a practice he thanked the three candidates for the attention the gave during the ceremony. RWM Stirling then closed the lodge and invited everyone to stay behind for some lodge hospitality.”

On Thursday 12th September 2019 the three Amigos along with IPM Bro Tam Meikle, Bro Alan Reid PM, Bro Charlie MacVicar STD/B & Bro Ian Thomson all of Lodge Carron 139 visited Lodge Bannockburn Bruce & Thistle No.312 where we were part of a 29 Brethren Deputation from Lodge St Clair Glasgow No.362 headed by their RWM Bro Tam Scobbie who were very warmly welcomed into the lodge by RWM Bro Thomas Irvine,PMs, Office Bearers & Brethren. Lodge 362 were there to confer an exemplification of the EA Degree on one substitute candidate Bro James Mcmeechan HM No.312. The degree was superbly carried out to a very high standard by the office bearers and HM of Lodge St Clair 362. IPM Bro Tam Meikle 139 HM 362 was the DOC which was his first time as a DOC which he carried out with dignity and decorum as did all who took part in the degree. At the conclusion of the degree RWM Bro Scobbie thanked RWM Bro Irvine for inviting Lodge St Clair No.362 to carryout the degree and he hoped that the mallet while it was in his hands it had lost none of it’s Masonic Lustre he also thanked all the brethren in his Deputation for their support. RWM Bro Irvine said it had gained more Masonic Lustre he then bestowed HM on Bro David Murray of Lodge St Clair No.362 it was good to meet our many friends and Brethren after the recess 62 Brethren signed the Tyle.” Report by SD Brother Lindsay Wannan.

On Thursday 20th September 2018 accompanied by Std.Br.Bro.Charlie MacVicar and Bro. Alex McArdle Lodge Callander No.588, I had the pleasure of visiting Lodge Glasgow St Clair No.362 for the first time since receiving Honorary Membership. We were warmly welcomed by PM Alex Stevenson and Brethren. Bro.Tom Scobbie then received the mallet and along with his Degree team conferred an Entered Apprentice Degree on one candidate to a very high standard. Many were taking part for the first time and the Lodge must be delighted especially with their two most recent MM’s who took part on their first return after being raised. An inspiration to many of us. Fraternal greetings were duly exchanged and we all retired for Lodge hospitality a thoroughly enjoyable evening had by all. Bro.Tam Meikle RWM 139

Lodge Carron 139 was well represented by the Brethren from the Lodge headed by our RWM Stuart Stirling who were invited to be honoray marshals at the remembrance services at both Larbert Railway Station and Larbert West Old Parish Church for the Quintinshill disaster on 22nd May 1915
