Personal History, with permission RWPGM Brother Gordon Sewell, time served Mechanical Fitter with SSEB/Scottish Power at Longannet Power Station for 44 years finishing in the Mechanical Engineering Department, retired 2015. Married with two daughters and we have one grandson.
Masonic History, with permission RWPGM Brother Gordon Sewell initiated into Lodge St John Tulliallan No.598 on 5th March 1981 and Master thereof from 2000 to 2001 Master from 2007 to 2008, Provincial Almoner from 2005 to 2009, Provincial Grand Secretary from 2009 to 2010, Substitute Provincial Grand Master from 2010 to 2015, Depute Provincial Grand Master from 2015 to 2020

On Saturday 25th February 2023 the Annual Provincial Grand Lodge of Stirlingshire Installation took place at Lodge Callendar No.588 Falkirk. An excellent attendance of Brethren were present to witness the Installation of the PGL Officebearers by Brother Stuart Stirling WPGM (Depute) PM Lodge Carron No.139 to a very high standard.
